Duplicate Completion Certificates are available by mail if your original certificate has been misplaced or lost.
Click the "Add to Cart" button.
Click View Cart.
Provide the students name and address in the Customer Detail section that you want the duplicate mailed to.
Complete all required fields.
You will receive a confirmation E-Mail within 24 hours.
The duplicate certificate will be sent via US Mail and generally arrives within 5 to 10 days.
